FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to an antibody which has high affinity for Aβ-protocolized material. Also disclosed are use of said antibody for treating or preventing Alzheimer's disease and other disorders associated with Aβ-protofibrils; method for reducing the amount of Aβ-protocol bill; method of treating or preventing Alzheimer's disease and other disorders associated with Aβ-protofibrils; method of measuring the amount of Aβ-protocol bill; diagnostic technique for Alzheimer's disease and other disorders associated with Aβ-protofibrils. Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing said antibody.
EFFECT: invention has the ability effectively treat diseases associated with Aβ-protofibrils.
