SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to device for fastening of long metal pipes with anticorrosive coating. Device for attachment and transportation of long metal pipes in railway open wagons contains lateral fixation elements in the form of posts installed on two sides of open wagon, elements for fixation of the first tier of pipes, made in the form of lodgments of different height, fixedly installed on lining (5) independently from each other, lodgments (17) of separation of pipe tiers and elements of fixation of longitudinal movement of pipes, installed on both sides along the ends of open wagon. Lodgments of different heights, lodgments of separation of pipe tiers and elements of longitudinal displacement of pipes are made of polymer material. Lodgments with concave bed of smaller and greater height and lining in the form of plates are made by casting in the form of one support. Each of lodgments is additionally reinforced by plate reinforced with grate. lodgments for separation of pipe tiers are made in the form of a bent element with alternating cross-sections in the form of a double-tier and a rectangle, which form concave surfaces along the upper and lower surfaces for interaction with pipes of the lower and upper tiers. Reinforced grate is made of reinforcement steel. Lower surface of the reinforced plate has slots for fixation relative to corrugations on the floor of the open wagon.

EFFECT: invention excludes mechanical damage of pipes due to reliable fixation, which allows to compensate inertial forces in transverse direction and vertical loads from pipes.
