SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Transmitter has a modulator and a data rate switching module configured to select a data transmission rate. Data transmission rate switching module has an input configured to receive input bits and an output to provide bits with a selected data rate. Transmitter additionally comprises a converter for switching bits into symbols, which is configured to receive bits from a module for switching data transmission speed, and convert bits into symbols of an arbitrary alphabet. Transmitter further comprises an expansion module configured to extend symbols received from the bit converter into symbols into a sequence of elementary signals using a spreading code. Transmitter additionally comprises a re-transformation module configured to convert the sequence of elementary signals received from the expansion module to generate signals for output to the modulator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing improved technology and transmitter to generate signals with wave forms of multiple modulation.
