FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to waste heat recuperation system control for power generation and engine heating. Exhaust gas heat recovery method, in which in response to the first condition, expansion of working fluid medium of waste heat recovery system (70) is performed by means of expander (84) for generation of electric power and interruption of working fluid medium through one or more heat exchangers (74, 76), in thermal contact with engine (50). In response to the second condition, the working fluid of the waste heat recovery system (70) is compressed by means of expander (84) for transferring heat to engine (50) by means of one or more heat exchangers (74, 76). Invention covers also version of exhaust gases heat recovery method and waste gas heat recuperation system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of engine heating speed and as a result reduced fuel consumption and emissions.
