FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: first, thin-walled shell is produced by cutting of pipes from steel of 28H3SNMVFA type into workpieces, calibration, recrystallization annealing, mechanical processing, rotary drawing in several passes with intermediate annealing by deforming rollers with triangular profile with rounded by radius or (and) flat tops, installed with various gaps relative to mandrel. Then performing shell ends process bulges cutting with subsequent trimming of its edges. Obtaining thickened rings from alloyed steel of 28H3SNMVFA type by cutting pipes into workpieces, calibration over outer diameter, recrystallization by softening annealing, machining with ends trimming and formation of conical section and cylindrical section for welding. Performing shell and two thickened rings assembling and welding. Performing high-temperature tempering of welds not later than 8 hours after welding. Performing X-Ray-TV testing of welds, casing hardening thermal treatment by heat treatment and tempering at least 1,520 MPa, tempering rings to ultimate strength of not less than 1,050 MPa and final machining.
EFFECT: invention relates to method of high pressure vessels welded shells production from high-strength alloyed steels.
