FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and welding, particularly, to production of welded axisymmetric bodies vessels operated under high pressure. First, casing is obtained using operations of pipe cutting, calibration, normalised, preliminary machining, rotary drawing to form cylindrical end bulges for welding and intermediate bulge. Then shell is subjected to tensions reducing annealing, and machining trim and grooving of welded edges, after which are assembly and welded in appliances of rings with components into end subassemblies. Subassemblies are subjected to reducing stress annealing, pneumatic testing for tightness and mechanical treatment with undercut and grooving of welded edges of thickened rings. Then, assembly and welding of shell and rings is performed with welded to them subassemblies and welded vessel housing is obtained. Finishing mechanical treatment of vessel with removal of amplification of welds and grooving of thread on inner surface of rings is carried out. Finally, vessel is pneumatically tested for strength and tightness.
EFFECT: high mechanical properties of vessels housings operated under high pressure, higher precision and strength of weld joints.
