FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to process for preparation of selenium bionocomposite. Method for preparation of selenium bionocomposite, consisting in the cultivation of the mycelium of the fungus-basidiomycete Canoderma applanatum in aqueous solution, containing a source of carbon, a source of nitrogen and diatophenonylselenide, filtering the resulting culture fluid, evaporating the filtrate, adding ethanol to the residual filtrate, precipitating the selenium-containing red-orange precipitate of the biocomposite, separating the precipitate from the supernatant, washing the separated residue with ethanol, dissolving the precipitate in distilled water or storing it under a layer of ethanol, under certain conditions.

EFFECT: above described method allows to obtain bionanocompatized selenium with a low specific content of selenium without reducing the level of biological activity.
