FIELD: communication and information transmission system.

SUBSTANCE: fiber-optic signal parameters converter comprises an optical coupler with an excitation circuit, a parametric parametric optical source, as well as an excitation circuit comprising components for extracting orthogonal polarization components of the optical signal, filters of a low-frequency component of an optical signal, a device for rotating polarization of an optical signal, a synchronizing adder of optical signals, a threshold circuit, a mode splitter and a photodetector. Component for selecting a horizontal polarization component of the optical signal is connected to the first output port of the coupler, then the first filter of the low-frequency component of the optical signal is connected. Component for extracting the vertical polarization component of the optical signal is connected to the third output port of the coupler, and a second low-frequency component of the optical signal is then connected. Polarization turn device is connected to the filter, the first filter of the low-frequency component of the optical signal and the polarization turn device are connected to the input of the synchronizing adder. Threshold circuit is connected to the output of the synchronizing adder, the second output port of the splitter and the output port of the threshold circuit are connected to the ports of the parametric optical radiation source. Output of the parametric optical radiation source is connected to the modal splitter, wherein the first output port of the mode splitter is connected to the photodetector, the second output port of the modal splitter is used to control the phased antenna array.

EFFECT: technical result consists in optoelectronic conversion of input optical signal with quadrature phase modulation into output optical signal with amplitude modulation with simultaneous change of radiation wavelength.
