FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to the field of reflecting luminous articles, particularly to a reflecting luminous film, a method for production thereof and use thereof. Disclosed reflecting luminous film has a layer structure comprising the following in-series layers: reflective layer (2) formed by gluing a plurality of optical elements (1) thereto; adhesive layer (3) attached to the surface of the substrate; and a luminous colour layer (4). Optical element is able to reflect multicolour light after it has been subjected to process of application of galvanic coating, adhesive layer (3) contains luminescent powder and has colour or the first pattern applied or printed on it, to form a luminous colour layer (4) or surface of reflecting layer (2) contains luminescent powder and has a colour or a first pattern applied or printed on it, with formation of luminous colour layer (4). According to the invention, the reflecting luminous film can reflect light and absorb light under illumination and can emit light after absorption of light, so that the reflecting luminous film can emit light with or without illumination. Besides, the reflecting luminous film in lighting can reflect multicolour light and create an effect of changing the pattern corresponding to change in the distance of illumination, brightness and angle of observation.

EFFECT: providing a satisfactory reflection and luminescence effect, improved preventive effect and safety, as well as high anti-counterfeit effect.
