FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology, and aims at performing intracavitary surgeries by capturing, fragmenting and removing pathological formations from an organism. Combined instrument for front reversal grip and stone retention in the lithotripter comprises an outer shell for placing a grip made from a material with shape memory in the form of a tube and containing a channel, at least two retaining elements and lengthwise cuts on the tube. After introduction into the cavity of the body it acquires the preset shape of the bulb, which in the distal part has the grip elements in the form of cellular rhomboid figures closed by the vertices on the symmetry axis. Adjacent vertices of cellular rhomboid figures are connected to each other in series by metal strips from gripping material along circle, through center of which perpendicularly passes symmetry axis of combined tool, and in the proximal portion of the gripper there are chamfered retaining elements with narrowed ends connecting the proximal vertices of rhomboid figures with the grip base. Required overall dimensions of the metal strips and the frontal area of the maximum opening of the reversible grip connected to them are selected within the limits of keeping the bulb by grasping the specified shape.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to provide a reliable front grip of a complex geometric shape and, if necessary, provide a reliable return of the stone to the environment.
