SUBSTANCE: combined tool for reversed front stone gripping and retention in the lithotripter with a tactile manipulation system includes an outer shell to accommodate the grip of a shape memory material. The grip has a channel to accommodate the tool, at least two holding members and longitudinal slots of the tube. The distal grip portion in the form of bulb contains grip elements in the form of mesh diamond-shaped figures with closed vertices on the symmetry axis of the combined tool. The mesh diamond-shaped figures are interconnected in series by adjacent vertices in a circle through the center of which the symmetry axis of the combined tool passes perpendicularly. The proximal grip portion, trough-shaped retaining elements with narrowed top ends connect the diamond-shaped figures proximal vertices to the tubular grip base. As a result of combined instrument for reversed front stone gripping and retention in the lithotripter with a tactile manipulation system application the operating process, the reliability of front reversed gripping and retention of stone using the tool is increased.
