FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to urology and can be used for gripping and holding stones in the process of intracorporal lithotripsy. Combined instrument contains external envelope for grip placement from shape-memory material. Grip is made in form of tube and has longitudinal slots, atraumatic tip on distal end and canal for instrument travel. Longitudinal slots in tube, in grip, which has, at least, two holding elements, are directed from beginning of atraumatic tip towards proximal part of grip along spiral. Minimal width of each holding element is selected for complete reconstruction of bulb shape by grip. Tube with holding elements, in proximal part is made from composite parts, connected to each other with clearance, is perforated with slots and connected with elastic tube, made from material, different from material of grip.
EFFECT: increased reliability of gripping and holding stone in combined instrument in the course of work in renal ducts and in kidney itself is achieved, reliable and free access of combined instrument to concrements via winding and narrow instrumental canals of ureterorenoscopes and other similar instruments is provided.
