SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of receiving and transmitting data. Generating a predetermined number of audio data streams including first encoded data and second encoded data related to first encoded data. Inserting into the data container level identification information identifying the presence of second encoded data relating to the first encoded data, embedded in the user data area in the audio data streams having the first encoded data, and included in the container, and inserting into the data container level attribute information which shows the attribute of each fragment of the second encoded data. Transmitting module transmits data container in preset format, including generated specified number of audio data streams. First encoded data are encoded using a first encoding method, and second encoded data are encoded using a second encoding method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of audio data transposition.
