SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing hardened vacuum glass. Method includes the following steps: (1) making metallized layers and performing hardening or increasing heat resistance on glass substrates; (2) applying metal solder on metallized layers; (3) applying glass substrates to form a tempered glass assembly; (4) hardened glass assembly to 60–230 °C; (5) maintaining the tempered glass assembly within the heating temperature range of step (4) in the vacuum chamber; and (6) tight soldering of metallized layers by performing process of high-temperature metal soldering.
EFFECT: reduced stress at soldering of two glass substrates and increased strength of soldering.
