METHOD FOR REAGENT-FREE FILTRATION OF QUARRY AND WASTE WATER Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C02F9/08 C02F1/36 C02F1/52 B01D21/00 A61L2/25 B06B3/00

Abstract RU 2700516 C1

FIELD: water and air purification technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment and can be used for reagent-free filtration of quarry and waste water from suspended substances, heavy metals, salts and pathogenic bacteria. Method for reagent-free cleaning of quarry and waste water includes acoustic degassing of quarry and waste water in points of overflow: in upper (water-receiving) section of coarse filtration unit, in the upper (water-receiving) section of the fine filtration unit, in the compartment for secondary settling 32 of the surface filtration field 25 in the regions of location of overflow pipes 29 for quarry and waste water from the primary settling compartment 28 into the compartment for secondary settling 32 of the surface filtration field 25, removal of sediment from unit of rough cleaning of quarry and waste water, from unit of fine filtration of quarry and waste water, from several, not less than three, sediment accumulators 24 of surface filtration field 25 and from water catching groove 27 behind them. Additionally, in the upper (water-receiving) section of the coarse treatment unit, quarry water is mixed hydraulically with waste water. Lower and upper layers of quarry and waste water are hydraulically mixed in lower section of coarse and in upper section of fine filtration unit. Suspended substance is exposed to alternating electric field in upper section of coarse filtration unit, in upper section of water intake section of fine filtration unit, in compartment of secondary settling 32 of surface filtration field 25 in areas of location of overflow pipes 29 for quarry and waste water from compartment of primary settling 28 into compartment of secondary settling 32 of surface filtration field. Additionally, there are performed acoustic decontamination of quarry and waste water in the upper (water-receiving) section of the coarse treatment unit, in the upper (water-receiving) section of the fine-cleaning unit, in compartment of secondary settling 32 of surface filtration field in areas of location of overflow pipes 29 for quarry and waste water from compartment of primary settling 28 into compartment of secondary settling 32 of surface filtration field 25.

EFFECT: invention enables filtration of large volumes (up to 3,500 m3/h and more) of quarry and waste water up to MPC requirements in any weather and climatic and mining conditions with provision of safety for humans and environmental safety in general.
