SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to polymer particles which provide prolonged diffusion of hyaluronic acid. Polymer particles consist of at least a copolymer of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)-polyethylene glycol-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA-PEG-PLGA) or a poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) polymer mixture and a poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)-polyethylene glycol-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA-PEG-PLGA) copolymer combined with hyaluronic acid molecules acid or with hyaluronic acid salts, and where the poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)-polyethylene glycol-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA-PEG-PLGA) copolymer has a molecular weight varying from 50,000 to 70,000 g⋅mol-1. Invention also discloses a method of producing polymer particles, an injectable hyaluronic acid composition, a method of preparing the composition, use of a composition for controlling skin aging and for repairing skin tissue, a kit for preparing an injectable hyaluronic acid composition.
