FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of oil and gas wells, and namely to ground complexes of flushing fluid parameters monitoring. Device comprises a moisture meter sensor and a densitometer detection unit interacting with a gamma radiation source enclosed in a protective screen, a sealed box with an electronic signal processing unit and a computer. Moisture meter sensor and density meter detection unit are arranged inside sealed container introduced into flushing liquid and jointly compactly mounted on a single bearing platform in the form of a detachable wall panel with a seal mounted on a container, connected to the tubular bar, detachably fixed to the intermediate container and carrying a sealed box installed on its upper end with an electronic signal processing unit, which air cavity is connected to air cavity of container. Protective screen with a gamma-radiation source is opposite to the detection unit of the density meter and rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the bearing platform with a clearance for passage of the flushing liquid. Moisture meter sensor is made in the form of a unit of microwave sensors, tightly fixed in the bearing of the bearing platform and facing the receiving liquid with a receiving-emitting surface.
EFFECT: higher reliability of control results, compact design, simplified assembly and disassembly and maintenance.
