METHOD FOR RAPID MASS DETERMINATION OF SPILLED DANGEROUS CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE IN CASE OF TRANSPORTED RESERVOIR ACCIDENT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01F9/00

FIELD: physics; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for rapid determination of weight of spilled dangerous chemical substance during accident of transported reservoir. Essence: unit (2) for locating reservoir with dangerous chemical substance, unit (1) of level meters of dangerous chemical substance in reservoir, computing unit (3), unit (4) of information encryption and transmission are installed on mobile vehicle. Permanent location of reservoir with dangerous chemical substance is determined by means of unit 2 for location of reservoir. Level of liquid hazardous substance in reservoir is continuously measured by unit (1) of level meters. Information from unit (1) of level meters of hazardous chemical substance in reservoir is supplied to computer unit (3). In computing unit (3), the level of the dangerous chemical substance, reduced to the static position, is calculated and compared to the initial level of the dangerous chemical substance. If the current level of the dangerous chemical substance decreases from the initial level by more than 5 %, an alarm signal is sent to the encryption and data transmission unit (4). Information from encryption and data transmission unit (4) is transmitted to crisis centre (6). At centre (6) of crisis situations in real time, chemical contamination zones are calculated for timely performance of operational measures in case of emergency.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of determination of weight of spilled dangerous chemical substance during accident of transported reservoir.
