FIELD: safety means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for real-time localization of contamination cloud propagation in case of accident of ammonia tank being transported by road. Device consists of a quadcopter equipped with a suspended platform of a round shape. Platform is attached to quadcopter by means of a movable hinge joint, which allows it to rotate freely around its axis. On the platform there are two small-size turbojet engines (SSTJE), which are located axisymmetrically, and their nozzles are directed in opposite directions. In case of partial or complete depressurisation of the reservoir with ammonia, the SSTJE creates an ascending flow above the emergency object due to swirling of air flow of air and ammonia vapors and its heating by jets of exhaust gases of SSTJE.

EFFECT: provides for lifting of vapors of primary ammonia cloud and its dispersion.
