FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to regenerative medicine, surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. Disclosed hydrogel for regenerating dental pulp and periodontium contains sodium alginate, vinyltriethoxysilane, gelatin type A, DMEM/F-12 culture medium without L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, calcium chloride and magnesium, magnesium sulphate, phenol red and ultrapure water, wt%: sodium alginate – 2.6; vinyltriethoxysilane – 0.07; gelatin type A – 0.6; DMEM/F-12 dry culture medium without L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, calcium and magnesium chloride, magnesium sulphate, phenol red – 1.48; ultrapure water – 95.25.
EFFECT: use of the hydrogel increases effectiveness of root canal filling and tooth replacement, as well as improves the technology of dental devital replantation.
