SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a resonator of microwave oscillations in the form of a dielectric trihedral one-side surface with metal plates. For this purpose, such resonator is made in the form of a circular structure, wherein in each cross-section of such surface there is a three-phase capacitive component formed by a triangular dielectric coated with three faces by metal plates, at that, metal plates are cut in one place and twisted clockwise or anticlockwise by 120 degrees, and closure in form of Mobius one-side surface from these three metal plates forms one metal plate in the form of three turns of short-circuited inductance.
EFFECT: improved resonant characteristics in traveling and standing waves modes with possibility of formation of electromagnetic radiations with circular polarization.
