FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to occupational health, occupational pathology, and discloses a method for diagnosing occupational fitness of phthalates. Method is carried out as follows: determining content of harmful substances of irritant action, harmful substances of allergenic action, hazardous substances of general toxic effect, harmful substances of carcinogenic action in air of working area, peripheral blood hemoglobin, erythrocytes, thrombocytes, eosinophils and reticulocytes are measured to calculate an allergy index. Each attribute is assessed in points, the obtained points are summed up, after which the total fitness of the person being examined is determined based on the sum of the points. Use of the invention improves diagnostic accuracy by obtaining an integral assessment of the effect of harmful factors in the production of phthalates.

EFFECT: invention can be used for assessment of occupational fitness and establishment of communication of disease with profession in conditions of mass surveys, as well as for development and substantiation of complex of actions for health preservation of workers.
