FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to occupational health, occupational pathology, and can be used to identify groups for follow-up monitoring of persons working exposed to harmful factors of the working environment. The work conditions class, the length of service exposed to dust of plant and animal origin, the allergisation, the leukocyte intoxication index, and the cytogenetic disorders accumulation index of are determined. Each parameter is appraised by points, after which they are summed up. If the sum value is from 0 to 5 points, the subject is assigned to the first group of follow-up monitoring, from 6 to 11 points - to the second group of follow-up monitoring, from 12 to 16 points - to the third (A) group of follow-up monitoring, 17 or more points - to the third (B) group of follow-up monitoring.
EFFECT: method improves the accuracy of forming groups for follow-up monitoring due to the integral quantitative expression of the balance between the operation and tension of the body's regulatory mechanisms under the influence of harmful production factors, simplifying the method.
