SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a matress containing multiple elastic elements installed on the base, intended for connection with the support. Elastic assemblies are made in the form of a multilayer structure, made of glued or bonded to each other alternating plates of the elastic, made, mainly, from polyurethane, with plates made from material with high elasticity modulus value, mainly from metal, wood or plastic, end plates of the multilayer structure are attached to end panels of the frame, and the layer of elastic material is laid into a box of the base, separated from the end panels of the frame by a nut screwed on the pins to fasten the box of the base with the frame, if layer of the elastic material is made from material, preserving constant volume under deformations, and is laid into the box of the base without gaps between its side faces.

EFFECT: technical result is simple and cheap device, improved orthopaedic and dynamic properties according to specific anthropometric data and elimination of noise during operation.
