FIELD: electrostatic gas purification.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrostatic gas purification, in particular for the production of electrodes of an electrofilter. The method includes rolling a steel tape from a roll by profiling it in the rolls of a roll-forming mill, cutting an element of a given length from the profiled tape, punching holes designed to connect the element of the precipitation electrode to the shaking beam using a punching-cut device. First, a tape is profiled, then, after its exit from the roll-forming mill and entering the punching-cut device, holes are punched for connecting the elements of the receiving electrode with the beam shaking, then profiling of the tape with holes is continued for connection to the beam shaking in the front end in the size of the element with specified length, and the tape is cut.

EFFECT: accuracy of manufacturing of precipitation electrode for electrofilter is increased, which enhances electrofilter efficiency while improving the performance of the method for manufacturing elements of the precipitation electrode, labor costs and the area under production equipment are reduced.
