Wheat bread is produced of prime grade wheat flour, water, sugar, bakery yeast, sunflower oil, culinary salt, cinnamon, carrot puree and sunflower seeds at the following ratio of initial components, wt%: prime grade wheat flour 45.8, water 10.0, sugar 11.2, bakery yeast 3.0, sunflower oil 15.0, culinary salt 1.0, cinnamon 2.0, carrot puree 10.0, sunflower seeds 2.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with increased physiological and biological value, improved organoleptic characteristics.
