FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decontamination of solid domestic and municipal wastes (SDW, SMW) and allowed for placement of industrial wastes with them, namely to a system for collection and removal of biogas at SDW and SMW. Active degassing system is intended for use at solid household wastes and solid municipal wastes. System of active degassing contains vertical drainage flexible drains consisting of pre-made plastic cores, which are wrapped with filtering gas-water permeable non-woven material consisting of thermally bonded polymer fibers. Filter material is designed so that its soil contamination is prevented, while it is sufficiently permeable for liquid and gas, so that vertical movement of liquid and gas through drainage flexible drains is possible. Term "vertical" is to be understood as meaning installation to an angle of at least 45° relative to the surface level. This means that vertical drainage drains can be inclined. Vertical drainage flexible drains are equipped with plastic head pieces connected in upper part with gas-discharge plastic tubes with inner diameter of 15–25 mm, length of not more than 3 m. Vertical drainage flexible drains through gas discharge tubes equipped with T-pieces are connected to horizontal pipes with inner diameter of 15–25 mm. Horizontal tubes are interconnected so that separate gas-gathering clusters are formed. Each gas collection cluster is connected through horizontal discharge pipes to closed system of horizontal pipes 10 made of polymer materials with diameter of 40–60 mm. Closed system of horizontal pipes is connected to condensate collectors, compressor, gas compressor, flare system.
EFFECT: technical result of using all significant features of invention consists in improvement of efficiency of biogas extraction for stabilization of solid wastes storage sites, improved environmental friendliness, provision of supply of specified composition of biogas to consumers, reduced frequency of condensate removal, increased quality of gas produced at the outlet.
