FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopaedics and can be used for treating congenital carinate thoracic deformity in children. Cross support plates are installed and unfolded by 90°. Longitudinal elastic element is installed. One-stage correction of pressure carinate strain on anterior thoracic surface is performed. Achieved correction position is fixed with screws by connecting the transverse support plates with the longitudinal resilient element.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries, providing stable fixation.
