SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, pharmacology, namely to a combination for treating chronic pain. For this purpose, the combination contains in effective amounts palmitoylethanolamide, characterized by that said combination also includes at least one substance selected from a group comprising uridine monophosphate, taurine, vitamin E, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, where the active substances in the said combination are contained in the following amounts: palmitoylethanolamide 50–2,500 mg; uridine monophosphate 1–200 mg; taurine 50–10,000 mg; vitamin E 15–2,000 IU. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating chronic pain, which contains an effective amount of a combination according to any of claims 1–4 and at least one auxiliary substance and/or at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, where the active substances in the composition are in weight ratios: palmitoyle ethanol : uridine monophosphate from 1:4 to 2,500:1; palmitoylethanolamide : taurine from 1:200 to 50:1; palmitoylethanolamide : vitamin E ranges from 1:36.4 to 248.7:1. Invention relates to a kit for treating chronic pain comprising a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 5 and an instruction for use, wherein the active ingredients in the pharmaceutical composition are contained in the following amounts: palmitoylethanolamide 50–2,500 mg; uridine monophosphate 1–200 mg; taurine 50–10,000 mg; vitamin E 15–2,000 IU.

EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in chronic pain ensured by synergetic effect of active substances and, as a result, reduced required doses of active substances, reduced side effects and higher safety of treatment, as well as extended range of products for chronic pain management.
