FIELD: medicine; experimental surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to optimize the recovery of bone tissue after surgical treatment of destructive skeletal lesions of tuberculous etiology. After radical reconstructive surgery and healing of the surgical wound rabbits are administered pamidronic acid once at a dose of 1 mg/kg intravenously.
EFFECT: method provides inhibition of implant lysis, longer induced osteogenesis and neoangiogenesis in the area of bone resection due to administration of pamidronic acid.
