FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: diameter of the resulting graft folded in half is measured. The same diameter of the tibial and femoral bone channels with their origin points in the knee joint cavity, exactly corresponding to the places of native anterior cruciate ligament attachment. A transplant is directed therein and fixed with pre-prepared cortical suture plates at the exit from the said channels.
EFFECT: method allows to reliably estimate the regenerative potential of grafts and the surrounding bone tissue during histological examination, to evaluate the quality of transplant engraftment.
