FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical technology of textile materials and a method for copper casting of lavsan threads (fibres), and can be used in production of electroconductive metalized lavsan threads used in electronics, electrical and other fields of modern equipment. Method of copper coating on surface of lavsan threads involves preparation of surface: degreasing and alkaline activation of the lavsan filament surface - and chemical metallisation: deposition of copper in an alkaline solution of copper sulphates in the form of copper-ammonium complexes on the prepared surface of the lavsan thread using hydrazine sulphate as a reducing agent in the presence of a stabilizer for dispersity of triethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain conductive copper coatings on lavsan threads, solid copper and copper coatings, both on a nano- and micro-scale, while ensuring efficiency and environmental friendliness of the process.
