FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production and can be used for grain processing by extrusion. Auger extruder comprises a housing with a loading branch pipe and an auger installed in the housing with a vibration mechanism, on the housing a plate spring is fixed, on which a bearing unit is installed, connected by bearings with a screw, wherein on the bearing assembly a reduction gear-splitter is fixed with two symmetrically located imbalances, and drive shaft of reducer-splitter via gear with flexible element is connected to second shaft of bevel gear, wherein first output shaft transmission with flexible element is connected to screw, and bevel gearbox is connected to motor.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of screw extruder and reduction of power consumption of vibration process due to increased efficiency of vibration action on grain crops during processing.
