FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for extraction of vegetal, biological and other types of raw material by liquid and gaseous extractants and can be used in pharmaceutical industry in production of galenic preparations, as well as in food, perfume-cosmetic and other industries for extraction, concentration and other processes in the solid-liquid system. Proposed plant comprises extractor-evaporator connected with vacuum pump, extract collector, distiller and shutoff valve. Vacuum pump is two-stage with series connection of stages and is also connected to vacuum evaporator with rotating conical heating element. Vacuum evaporator is connected to the second distiller. Conical heating element is equipped with a screw path. Both distillers have one container for collection of distillate connected to two-stage vacuum pump.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of universal structure for obtaining of extracts, which allows to combine extraction and evaporation processes, increase intensification of extraction process, productivity, reduce power consumption.
