FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the phase module for the semiconductor converter. Technical result is achieved by using a phase module for a semiconductor electrical converter comprising first and second current buses and at least two semiconductor modules, wherein first current carrying bus is connected to connecting outputs of alternating voltage of semiconductor modules, at that second current bus is connected to connecting terminals of DC voltage of semiconductor modules, wherein the first and second conductor buses are at least at some sections located at a distance from each other, the value of which is less than half the value of the distance between the connecting terminal of the alternating voltage and the connecting terminal of direct voltage of one of the semiconductor modules.
EFFECT: increasing electric throughput capacity of semiconductor power converter phase and improving phase module with electrically parallel semiconductor modules relative to its operating characteristics.
