FIELD: reclamation of sanitary waste. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods of processing of organic raw materials into fuel components by pyrolysis and they can be used in reclamation of sanitary waste, reprocessing of coals of low degree of coalification and different ash content, reprocessing of slimes and oozes, etc. Proposed plant has intake hopper for raw material, reactor for pyrolysis with reaction chamber, steam- gaseous mixture separating system and discharge device. Lock-type weigher with drive is installed additionally in upper part of reactor for pyrolysis. Ring furnace is made in lower part of reactor, furnace being arranged around reactor. Discharge device is made in form of lock-type weigher with drive. Ring furnace has tangential inlets for return gas and air. Inlet of ring furnace is furnished with burner having device for ionization and arc ignition of let-in fuel components, and outlets are made radial and are located over perimeter of reaction chamber of reactor for pyrolysis. Lock-type charge and discharge modules included into plant are of new design, and new layout of steam-gaseous mixture separating system, when implementing the proposed method, make it possible to get quality fuel components of high calorific value, namely, liquid fuel, semi- coke briquettes and pyrolysis gas.
