SUBSTANCE: described is a method of treating HPV-positive cancer or precancerous intraepithelial lesions with a combination of a poxvirus vector and an anti-PD-L1 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof. In one embodiment, the combination comprises a poxvirus vector encoding at least human papillomavirus (HPV) polypeptides E6 and E7 and an immunostimulating cytokine, and an anti-programmed death ligand antibody PD-L1 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for treating HPV-positive cancer or precancerous intraepithelial lesions.
