IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITION BASED ON RECOMBINANT PROTEINS E6-CBD AND E7-CBD FOR THE TREATMENT OF MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS ASSOCIATED WITH HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS TYPE 16 Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC C12N15/00 A61K39/39 A61K39/12 A61P35/00

Abstract RU 2805482 C1

FIELD: gynaecological oncology.

SUBSTANCE: mixture of recombinant E6-CBD and E7-CBD proteins incorporating the E6 and E7 antigens as well as the cellulose binding domain (CBD) from Caldicellulosiruptor danielii is described to provide a one-step isolation and purification technology. A simple and effective method has been developed for the production of recombinant proteins E6-CBD and E7-CBD, which includes binding to a cellulose-comprising sorbent due to affinity interaction, subsequent washing from unbound bacterial proteins and isolation of the target products. Based on a mixture of recombinant proteins E6-CBD and E7-CBD with the addition of various adjuvants, an immunogenic composition was obtained that induces the formation of a humoral and cellular immune response against HPV 16 and provides a pronounced antitumor effect in vivo. The use of an immunogenic composition for the treatment of malignant neoplasms associated with human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV 16) is disclosed.

EFFECT: expanding the range of drugs for the treatment of malignant neoplasms associated with human papillomavirus type 16.
