FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to oncohematology, namely to a prediction of developing early recurrence in patients with classical Hodgkin's lymphoma after high-dose chemotherapy and transplantation of autologous hemopoietic stem cells (auto-THSC). That is ensured by flow cytometry and an estimate of the relative content of one of the lymphocyte populations using a threshold value, according to the invention, when the lymphopenia emerges after transplantation in the patient's peripheral blood, the absolute amount of CD45+CD3+ T-cells, and with content of CD45+CD3+ T-cells more than 717 cells/mcl, higher probability of developing early recurrence after auto-THSC, and if CD45+CD3+ T-cells content less than 717 cells/mcl, higher probability of preserving remission within first year after auto-THSC.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility to isolate patients with LH, having significantly higher probability of early recurrence after HDCT with autologous-THSC, which enables to timely correct the further management of the patient, and also the invention is simple and economic, due to absence of special sample preparation and necessity to spend intracellular estimation of the maintenance of a marker, and also due to use of the minimum quantity of investigated material and absence of necessity to spend additional blood intake in period of exit of patient from leukopenia.
