Abstract RU 2786699 C1

FIELD: medicine, pediatric oncohematology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatric oncohematology, and can be used in the treatment of children with primary refractory course of Hodgkin's lymphoma or early relapses of the disease. The method includes two courses of polychemotherapy in a patient under the age of 18 with ifosfamide at a dose of 1500-2000 mg/m2, gemcitabine at a dose of 600-800 mg/m2, dexamethasone at a dose of 15-20 mg/m2, vinorelbine at a dose of 15-20 mg /m2 with peripheral stem cell apheresis after completion of the first course. In the absence of complete metabolic remission according to PET CT, brentuximab vedotin is administered at a dose of 1.2-1.8 mg/kg, bendamustine at a dose of 100-120 mg/m2 and dexamethasone at a dose of 15-20 mg/m2 in the form of three consecutive courses. When complete metabolic remission is achieved, autologous transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells is performed.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to achieve clinical and metabolic remission without radiation therapy and aggravation of the frequency and depth of undesirable effects of therapy in the form of neuro-, cardio-, hepato- and hematological toxicity.
