FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to hematology, and aims at predicting the course of nodular sclerosis of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). After lymphadenectomy in histological sections of lymphoid organ, immunohistochemical staining is carried out and relative quantity of CD163+ and CD68+ macrophages in lymph nodes is calculated morphometrically by formulas S1=D1/n×100% and S2=D2/n×100%. Percentage score PS of these cells is determined by formula PS=(S1+S2)/2. If the PS values are less than or equal to 12.0%, the favorable course of nodular sclerosis HL is stated, and if more than 12.0% the unfavorable course of the disease is stated.

EFFECT: invention provides effective prediction of clinical course of nodular sclerosis HL after lymphadenectomy.
