SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. Method of producing a deformed nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy having a homogeneous two-phase microstructure involves obtaining an ingot from an alloy containing, wt. %: chromium 18.47–20.78, molybdenum 19.24–20.87, aluminum 0.08–0.62, manganese less than 0.76, iron less than 2.10, copper less than 0.56, silicon is less than 0.14, titanium is up to 0.17, carbon is less than 0.013, nickel is the rest, homogenisation is processed at temperature from 2025 to 2100 °F, and then hot pressure treatment at initial temperature from 2025 to 2100 °F.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high resistance to corrosion, as well as high resistance to lateral rupture during forging.
