FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and concerns self-lubricating, electrolytically deposited phosphated coating on metal parts and method of its production. Electrolytically deposited phosphatizing layer, including at least zinc elements and phosphorus on metal part, wherein the phosphating layer contains solid lubricant particles stabilized with hydrocolloids, wherein the solid lubricant stabilized particles are at least partially included in the phosphating layer. Method involves preparation of metal part, immersion of metal part in aqueous solution of electrolyte, including at least zinc, phosphate ions, solid lubricant particles and hydrocolloids, passing current through metal part for deposition of phosphating layer on parts and, optionally, subsequent treatment of electrolytically deposited phosphatizing layer.
EFFECT: high uniformity, stability of the structure of the phosphating layer and obtaining instant lubricating effect during machining.
