FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebroplastic or cytoplastic surgery, and discloses granules made of titanium or titanium alloys. Granules are characterized by that they have a solid spherical structure with an external diameter of 3 to 4 mm and have an external surface having a trabecular structure with porosity of pore diameter of 400 to 800 mcm and are made by production technologies, which provide at least one stage of localized powder fusion by means of high-energy electron beams (EBM) or laser.
EFFECT: invention can be used for stimulating osteointegration with spongy bone substance, proliferation and specialization of bone cells.
