FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a organosilicon lubricant for deep vacuum, based on polydimethylsiloxane liquid as a dispersion medium and modified silicon dioxide as a dispersed phase, operating in the temperature range from minus 40 °C to plus 200 °C, characterized in that a dispersion medium used is a mixture of linear polydimethylsiloxane liquids with viscosity of 8,000 to 12,000 mm2/s at temperature 20 °C and branched structure with viscosity from 7,000 to 15,000 mm2/s at temperature 20 °C, taken in amount of 80–90 wt% and 2–8 wt%, respectively, and the dispersed phase is a modified silicon dioxide AM-1-300 in amount of 8–15 wt%, wherein the penetration of lubricant is 160–260 units, the lubricant provides leak-tightness of the detachable joints to obtain a vacuum of up to 10-7 mm Hg.
EFFECT: invention can be used for connection, sealing and sealing of glass and metal elements of various process and laboratory equipment operating in conditions of deep vacuum and in contact with aggressive media.
