FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used directly after operations on hip joint. What is described is a method for prevention of postoperative pain syndrome involving multimodal anesthesia characterized by the fact that immediately after the surgery one performs single injections of mixture of 0.5 ml of long-acting glucocorticosteroid solutions of Diprospane (Betamethasone) and 2 ml of 2 % anesthetic lidocain in both sacroiliac joints.
EFFECT: prevention of postoperative complications in hip joint intervention, reduction of anesthetic medication dosage while maintaining the possibility of using direct anticoagulants (according to instructions of used preparations) at early postoperative periods.
