FIELD: medicine; anesthesiology; resuscitation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for postoperative pain relief for cancer patients with chronic pain syndrome when performing decompressive and stabilizing interventions on the spine. The method involves intravenous drip administration of a combined drug containing diclofenac 75 mg and orphenadrine 30 mg in one bottle — Neodolpasse. The first injection is performed 30 minutes before the end of the operation — 1 bottle is used. The second injection is performed on the first postoperative day, during the first 12 hours after surgery — half the dose of the second bottle is used if the pain intensity on the visual analogue scale (VAS) is above 30 mm at rest and 40 mm during movement. The third injection is performed in the next 12 hours after the second injection — the remaining half dose of the second bottle of Neodolpasse is used. The fourth injection is performed in the morning on the second day after surgery — the third bottle is used. The fifth injection is performed 12 hours after the fourth administration — the fourth bottle of Neodolpasse is used.
The use of the invention makes it possible to provide effective postoperative pain relief in cancer patients with chronic pain syndrome and reduce the incidence of persistent chronic pain syndrome when performing decompressive and stabilizing interventions on the spine, as well as reduce the opioid load of patients in the postoperative period.
EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to provide effective postoperative pain relief in cancer patients with chronic pain syndrome and reduce the incidence of persistent chronic pain syndrome, as well as reduce the opioid load of patients in the postoperative period.
