FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pumping thick liquids with abrasives, in particular, to piston pumps. Pump comprises housing 1 with suction cavity 19, in which at least one hole 2 is made for placement of cylinder 3 between stop 7 and detachable connection, made with central hole in bottom 4, shutoff member 26 of the pressure valve with spring 28 and seat 16, installed inside cylinder 3 in front of cover 23 with formation of pressure cavity 27, piston 10 with rod 11. Reverse side of seat 16 serves as a seat of the suction valve, the shut-off element of which is made in the form of sleeve 9 enclosing piston 10 with formation of working and rod cavities 12 and 13. On the reverse side of piston 10 on rod 11 there is collar 14 which is spring-loaded to the stop of rod 11 relative to piston 10. Between cover 23 and seat 16 in cylinder 3 and housing 1 there are at least one through radial hole with possibility of communication of cavity 27 with delivery line. Central cylindrical through hole in bottom 4 is made as two-stage. Rod 11 is made in response to hole 6 of small diameter and passed through it. Collar 14 is made in response to hole 5 of large diameter. In bottom 4 with outlet to central hole 5 and cylinder 3 there are at least one through radial hole 21 and 22 with possibility of communication of cavities 13 and 19.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing labour intensity of manufacturing, installation and maintenance of the pump, as well as volumetric losses.
