FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pumping thick liquids with abrasives, in particular, to piston pumps, for example, to drilling and oil field pumps. Pump comprises housing 1 with suction cavity 18, in which at least one hole 2 is made for placement of cylinder 3 between stop 5 of housing 1 and detachable connection 6, with central hole 4 in bottom part, shutoff member 22 of the delivery valve with spring 24 and seat 14, installed inside cylinder 3 in front of cover 19, piston 8 with rod 9, reverse side of seat 14 serves as a seat of the suction valve, the shutoff member of which is made in the form of sleeve 7 enveloping piston 8 with formation of working and rod cavities 10 and 11. On the reverse side of piston 8 in rod 9 there is collar 12 mating to central hole 4 in the bottom part of cylinder 3. In cover 19, there is a central cylindrical recess 20 in response to shut-off element 22. Between cover 19 of cylinder 3 and seat 14 in cylinder 3 and housing 1 there are at least one coaxial through radial hole. Cover 19 is installed with possibility of interaction with seat 14, on the side of which in wall of cover 19 there are at least three longitudinal cutouts with equal angular distance from each other with formation of guide rods 21 of shutoff member 22. Cutouts in radial direction are located coaxially to radial holes of cylinder 3 and housing 1.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the tightness and service life of the delivery valve of the pump.
