FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials of quantum electronics, optics and can be used in devices for displaying information, electron-beam devices, indicator equipment, white light-emitting diodes, scintillators, cathode- and X-ray luminophores. Luminescent oxyfluoride glass has the following composition, wt%: 8SiO2 - 20B2O3 - (36-x)Bi2O3 - 10CaF2 - xEu2O3 - ZnO is rest (3 ≤x ≤7).
EFFECT: high luminescence intensity of europium ions at electron transition wavelength 5D0→7F2.
